WE LOVE HOME GROWN!!
Our backyard isn't all that big but it does provide us with a little fresh eggs, alot of tomatoes, berries, root veggies, lettuce, figs, fresh herbs and so much more when mother nature's in a good mood :)
WE USE QUALITY, FRESH SEAFOOD THATS LOCAL WHERE POSSIBLE..
We currently source our seafood from Shanes Seafood and Mollys in Singleton. When we source Oysters we choose small, local farmers who deliver live oysters that we shuck to order for maximum freshness.
ONLY THE BEST QUALITY MEATS.
We love our local butcher, Trunks, who delilver top quality, fresh meat thats locally sourced where possible. The friendly team at Trunks provide us with lovingly crafted sausages, beautiful smoked bacon and the specific cuts we require to create the dishes our customers come back for.
We also use Sommerset Meats who source top quality Nolan beef for our grilled scotch fillets among other special orders.
OUR FRESH FRUITS AND VEGGIES
Are tirelessly provided by Greenhills Grocer where the staff hand pick our order from the markets weekly to our specific requirements but thats not all, the gourmet grocers also deliver us fantastic imported deli meats and both local and imported cheeses.
IT'S TOUGH SOURCING GREAT AUZZIE BEER..

From Young Henrys (Newtown), Wicked Elf (Port Macquarie), Six String (NSW Central Coast), New Englander (New England), Badlands Brew (Orange) there is some amazing ales out there and we wont sleep until we've offered them all.
AND WE DONT STOP THERE
Not while there's so many great reds, whites and bubbles out there! The Hunter Vally makes some incredible, world class wines and we've gone to great lengths to show case our faves.
